IPTV Smarters Pro is an IPTV player app. It does not include any channels by itself; you sign in with login details from your IPTV provider and it shows what that provider supplies. This guide covers the general steps on a Firestick or Fire TV.
What you need
- An Amazon Firestick, Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube connected to your TV and Wi-Fi.
- Login details from your IPTV provider. Depending on the provider, this may be a username and password with a server address, an M3U playlist link, or both.
- A good internet connection, around 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K.
Step 1: Find the app
From the Fire TV home screen, open the search icon and type the app name. If the app is available in the Amazon Appstore for your device, select it and choose Get or Download.
Step 2: If the app is not in the Appstore
Availability can differ by device and region. If you cannot find it, some users install apps from outside the Appstore. That requires allowing installs from unknown sources in Fire TV settings and an app such as Downloader. Only download files from the app developer’s official website, and be careful with look-alike sites. If you are not comfortable doing this, use a player that is available directly in the Appstore.
Step 3: Sign in
Open the app, choose the login option that matches the details your provider gave you, enter them carefully (they are usually case sensitive), and wait for the channel list to load.
Step 4: Tune the experience
- Use the TV guide (EPG) to browse channels by category.
- Mark favourites so your regular channels are easy to find.
- If you see buffering, try a wired connection or the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band, and restart the stick.
Troubleshooting
Most sign-in problems are typing mistakes or an expired plan. For picture problems, see our IPTV troubleshooting guide. Our Firestick setup guide covers the player apps we use on Fire TV, and the full installation guide covers other devices.
