Part 1: Install the Downloader app & allow unknown apps

Which player should I choose?

OTT Navigator if you want everything free and simple. TiviMate if you love a big TV guide and mostly watch live TV. iMPlayer if you want a modern look with movies and series included.

Is TiviMate or iMPlayer Premium part of my subscription?

No. Those are separate purchases from the app developers. Your IPTV Nova subscription supplies the channels and on-demand library; the app is the player.

Can I use a different player?

Yes — any app that supports Xtream Codes (IPTV Smarters Pro, IBO Player, Smarters Lite…) works with the same Server URL, username and password.

Can I switch players later?

Absolutely. Install another player and log in with the same details — it takes about two minutes.

Where are my Server URL, username and password?

In the welcome email we sent after your order. Check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us with your order number.

Nothing loads after I log in

Re-type your details carefully (they’re case-sensitive), confirm your subscription is active, restart the app and check your internet speed.

Is my TV an Android TV?

If your TV has the Google Play Store, follow this guide. Samsung and LG TVs are not Android — use the Smart TV guide instead.

Does the app include the channels?

Delete the playlist and add it again, checking your details carefully, then restart the app and confirm your subscription is active.

The app isn’t in my TV’s store

Try IBO Player, Smart IPTV or Smarters Player Lite instead, or change your TV’s store region. An inexpensive Firestick also turns any TV into a fully supported device.

Channels won’t load

Check that the MAC address you entered matches the one on your TV, verify your login details and make sure your subscription is active, then restart the app.

How to get set up

  1. Find your MAC address on the sticker under the box or in Settings → System info (starts with 00:1A:79).
  2. Contact our support team with your MAC address and order number.
  3. We’ll reply with your portal URL; enter it under Settings → System settings → Servers → Portals and restart the box.
Tip: MAG availability depends on your subscription — please check with us before purchasing a box specifically for IPTV Nova.

Troubleshooting Tips

📶Check your internet connection. A stable connection of at least 25 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD streaming (50 Mbps for 4K).
⚠️Make sure your Xtream Codes details (Server URL, username, password) are entered exactly — they are case-sensitive.
⬆️Update your IPTV player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.
