These Terms & Conditions govern your use of iptvnova.ca and the IPTV Nova service. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
The service
IPTV Nova provides access to an internet television streaming service delivered to compatible devices. A stable internet connection and a supported device are required. We do not supply hardware.
Orders and activation
After your order is confirmed, activation details are sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to supply a correct email address and to keep your login details secure.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through our available payment methods. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
Acceptable use
- You agree to use the service for lawful, personal purposes only.
- You agree not to share, resell or redistribute your subscription unless you have an approved reseller arrangement with us.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply in your location.
Service availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, as factors such as your internet connection, device and third-party networks are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, IPTV Nova is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
